V The invention relates to pumping power, in particular to pumps for pumping viscous and heterogeneous liquids. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the height of the pump, simplifying the installation and disassembly of pump elements by simplifying access to these elements. FIG. 1 is shown in the diametric projection of a two-cylinder slurry pump; in fig. 2 - distribution block of this pump. The two-cylinder slurry pump contains a pre-filling tank 1, a mounting frame that is symmetrical with respect to the horizontal plane, and includes two congruent frames 2 and 3, each of which consists of two vertical posts 4 and 5, connected by horizontal links 6 and 7. Both frames 2 and 3 interconnected by means of cross-arms 8 and 9, consoles 10 and 11 of which extend beyond the plane of the front frame 3. Traverse 8 and 9 are designed for mounting the distribution and connection housings 12 and 13 of a pump drive, including actuators e cylinders 15 and 14 coaxially connected with working cylinders 16 and 17. The latter are located in a vertical plane and connected to a valve box 18, the front side of which is equipped with a flange 19 with openings 20 and 21. The flange 19 is connected to the flange 22 of the exhaust valve box 23 in which two exhaust valve distribution cylinders 1Clinders 24 and 25 are installed one under the other and the discharge connection 26 is fixed. Valve box 18 also has two inlet distribution cylinders 27 installed one above the other, flange 28 for Fastening to the console 11 crossheads 9, anchor bolts 29 and 30, end panel 31c with inlet openings 32 and 33, each of which is surrounded by four blind the threaded holes 34, the rippling coaxial holes 35 in the flutice 36 of the feeding device 37 with the branch pipe 38. The feeding device 37 has a flange 39 for mating with the flange 40 of the pre-filling tank 1. The flanges 39 and 40 are interconnected by bolts 41. In the flange 36 of the inlet device 37 there are holes 42 and 43 arranged coaxially with the holes 32 and 33 of the valve box 18 when the flange 36 joins the end panel 31. The inlet device 37 has a molded protrusion 44 with an arm 45 for connecting a lever 46 mounted for swinging relative to the front frame 3 of the mounting frame on hinges 47 with vertical axles mounted in a fork-shaped bracket 48 fixed on the front frame 3. The outlet valve box 23 has grooves 49 and 50 for the anchor bolts 29 and 30, respectively, and is attached to the valve box 18 by means of hinges 51 and 52 with vertical axes. Anchor bolts 29 and 30 have nuts with arms 53, 54. The pump works as follows. If access to the suction valves is necessary, it is sufficient to release the flange bolts of the supply device 37 and the latter on the lever 46 can be moved to the side, as shown in FIG. 2. After releasing the nuts with the arms 53 and 54, the anchor bolts 29 and 30 can be discharged from the grooves 49 and 50, after which the outlet valve box 23 on the hinges 51 and 522 can be moved aside (Fig. 2), which provides free access to the seats of the discharge valves. Thus, the proposed invention makes it possible to reduce the overall height of the pump and simplify the installation and disassembly of its individual components by simplifying access to these components.

Claims (3) [1] 1. TWO-CYLINDER SLUDGE PUMP containing two working cylinders whose axes are parallel to one another in the vertical plane, a distribution block located in the vertical plane and having at least one suction and one discharge hydraulic control valves with connected bodies, and also a supply device between a pre-filling tank and an inlet to the suction valve, including a pipe connected to the body of the suction valve, characterized in that, in order to reduce heights of the pump, simplifying the installation and dismantling of pump elements by simplifying access to these elements, it is equipped with a mounting frame for securing the pump elements and a lever located on the frame for swinging. and pressure valves, and the body of the suction valve with the supply pipe is hinged.
